Sales and customer relations
From a brief, prepare a structured quote, a follow-up email, a reminder and an up-to-date record in your sales tool. The person approves; the machine does the re-keying.
Processes
Sales, operations, administration, support, training: we map a flow that costs money, we add assistance, and we measure whether the work moves. The tool executes; your teams keep control.
The examples below describe types of flow we work on. They are not numbered results, nor deadline guarantees.
From a brief, prepare a structured quote, a follow-up email, a reminder and an up-to-date record in your sales tool. The person approves; the machine does the re-keying.
Read documents, detect what is missing, file, alert. An incomplete file is seen before it is too late — rather than on Friday evening, by hand.
An assistant set to your rules, your documents and your history: repetitive questions get a sourced answer; ambiguous cases stay with the people who know.
Many organisations do not have a tool problem: they have a documents problem. Contracts, agreements, invitations, certificates circulate by email, versions mixed, signatures incomplete.
In an Unlock mission, documents are prepared from templates, attached to the file, and sent for signature with tracking per signer. A reminder is not sent to someone who has already signed. A signature refusal is shown, with the reason, so that it is corrected rather than insisted upon.
On the professional-training side, useful evidence (attendance, evaluations, documents) comes from the facts of the session. That is how the Unlock space is designed.
People, days, documents, blockers: the file says where things stand, from what happened. No invented percentage to look tidy.
A confirmed session produces its agenda. You do not enter a decorative slot and then attach the training to it.
Attendance, missing documents, invoices to issue: the counters come from the file. If there is nothing to show, the screen says so.
To automate, here, does not mean letting an agent run without review. Reminders, drafts, proposed filings: all of that is approved. Access rights remain those of the organisation.
EVA, the public-site assistant, answers from published content and the online training catalogue. She invents neither a price, nor a session, nor a result.
If the flow to treat is not clear yet, describe the solution. If the need is a skill increase, request training.
