Short answers on the company and the work. If a figure, a contractual deadline or a price is missing, it is because it is not published — not because it was forgotten in the sentence.
Before you decide
Who is responsible for the mission, and who steers?
- Unlock names a contact who steers the file: framing, documents, planning, deliverables. Your teams remain responsible for business decisions. Nothing sensitive goes out without the validation we agreed together.
Is it under control? What human approvals?
- The assistance prepares; someone approves. Reminders, filings, drafts: nothing sensitive goes out without an agreed review. That is the condition for use to last after the first try.
Is it compatible with our tools? Do we have to replace the ERP or the training software?
- No, that is not the starting point. We start from what is already there and we connect what can be connected. Replacing an ERP or an LMS is not a condition for working with us.
Can we start small?
- Yes. A priority process, a first observable use, a scope narrow enough to hold in the daily work. Extension comes after, if it holds. We do not start with an eighteen-month project.
Will my teams use it? Is training included?
- A tool that is not adopted is a cost. Training the people who do the gesture is part of the mission, not an option stuck on at the end. Until the teams do the gesture without Unlock in the room, the mission is not finished.
What are the real intervention deadlines?
- The contact page states a reply within 24 business hours. That is not an intervention deadline, nor a quote commitment. A first production use often arrives in three weeks on a targeted flow; the deadline of a settled mission is in the proposal.
Offer, training, missions
Are you Qualiopi-certified?
- Yes. Unlock is Qualiopi-certified for training actions and apprenticeship training actions. The certificate and the certifying body appear in the legal notice.
How is a mission funded?
- Public funding (OPCO, CPF, skills-development plan) concerns training, depending on the programme and the audience. A solution or an expertise mission falls under a commercial proposal. For each programme, we indicate what can be reviewed.
Do you work inter-company and in-house?
- Both. Inter-company, in-house, tailored: the format follows the need, not a catalogue to empty. For a session or a group, request training.
Do you work with schools and training organisations?
- Yes. A school or a training organisation can request someone to intervene, enrol teams on Unlock training, or write to us to frame a partnership.
How do you choose someone to intervene?
- We do not place someone because they are available. Skill, experience, capacity to intervene, context and the precise need of the mission first. You describe the mission; we come back with people, not an anonymous list.
Do you sell the same software for everyone?
- No. We start from your process. The detail is on the solutions and the approach.
Where can I see the open programmes?
- Only on the catalogue. EVA, on this site, only cites those titles. For a session or a group, request training.
How do I join the collective?
- Through the dedicated request, if you already train or advise. This is not a student recruitment nor an orientation test.
Where are the prices?
- They are not published here. They appear in the commercial proposal. The terms of sale set the frame.
Does a request already create a training programme, a mission or a contract?
- No. A request is a solicitation. Nothing opens until it is accepted and framed.
Account, data, site
What is “Sign in” in the header for?
- For the Unlock space, for people already authorised. This is not a free sign-up from the public site.
What does EVA do with what I write to her?
- EVA relies on published content and, for training, on the online catalogue. The detail is in the privacy policy. Do not put unnecessary sensitive data there.
Which cookies do you use?
- The detail is on the Cookies page. The public site measures page views without a cookie or persistent identifier; the banner does not control that measurement.
