Terms of use

Rules for using the public site and, for authorised people, the Unlock space. Paid services fall under the terms of sale and the contract.

Purpose

These terms govern access to the public site (information, catalogue, requests, contact, EVA assistant) and, for authorised people, to the Unlock space.

Paid services (training, mission, project) fall under the terms of sale and the specific contract, not these terms of use alone.

Publisher: Information not disclosed. See the legal notice.

Access to the site and the account

The public site is accessible without an account. The Unlock space is not an open sign-up: an account is created or an invitation is sent by an organisation that is already a client, or by Unlock.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. Report any unauthorised use: Information not disclosed..

Unlock may suspend access in case of abusive use, a security risk, or a request from the organisation the account depends on.

The Eva app (iOS and Android) does not open an account: it signs in to an already invited account, by email or QR. A user cannot create or delete an organisation account alone in the app. Deactivation or erasure is requested from the organisation the account depends on, or from Unlock.

Content and EVA

Published content (texts, catalogue) is provided for information. The live catalogue is the only list of open programmes. EVA relies on that content: she can be wrong; an EVA answer is not a quote, nor a contract, nor legal advice.

You undertake not to introduce unlawful content into the forms or into EVA, nor other people’s data without a legal basis.

Unlock may remove content that is manifestly unlawful once reported, under applicable law.

Liability

The site may be interrupted for maintenance or an incident. Unlock endeavours to limit the duration, without guaranteeing continuous availability on these terms of use alone.

Unlock is not responsible for third-party sites linked from these pages (social networks in particular).

Applicable law and competent court: Information not disclosed.
